18. George Herbert . Son of Thomas Herbert & Isabel Embleton. Born 9 Sep 1838 in Harvey. Died 25 Jul 1897 in Harvey. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Occupation Farmer.

    From York Co NB Marriage Register C 1850-1866 (PANB), married by Rev. Samuel Johnson, with witnesses Joseph Embleton and Mary Ann Atcheson.      Farmer on his father's homestead farm.

    He married Isabel "Belle" Atcheson, daughter of Andrew Atcheson & Margery Robison, 26 Nov 1862 in Harvey Presbyterian Church . Born 1842 in England. Died 19 May 1882 in Harvey. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery.

    Isabel came to NB as an infant in 1842 with her parents and two older sisters.    Seven siblings were born in NB.

19. Eleanor "Jane" Herbert . Daughter of Thomas Herbert & Isabel Embleton. Born 19 Sep 1842 in Harvey. Christen 13 Nov 1842 in Harvey By Rev. Daniel McCurdy . Died 22 Jun 1920 in Harvey. Buried in Robison Family Cemetery.

    She married Stephen Robison, son of Marshall Robison I & Jane Dickson, 14 Feb 1862 in Harvey Settlement By Rev. Samuel Johnson . Born 17 Oct 1829. Died 1 May 1908 in Harvey. Buried in Robison Family Cemetery. Occupation Farmer.

20. George Embleton . Son of William Embleton & Jane Runchman. Born 20 Oct 1834 in England. Died 15 Nov 1895 in Harvey Sta. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery.

 

    George and his wife Jane Wilson lived on a farm in Tweedside, York Co, NB; but later moved to the Lake Road, Harvey/Lake George, York Co, NB.

    He married Jane Wilson, daughter of Robert Wilson & Mary Brown, 4 Dec 1861 in Harvey By Rev. Samuel Johnson . Born 14 May 1837 in Lennilhill, Scotland. Died 16 May 1918 in Harvey Sta. Buried in Magundy Cemetery. Religion Seventh-Day Adventist.

 

    Jane was a tiny baby when she sailed from Berwick, Scotland with parents and siblings on the brig Cornelius of Sunderland, in May 1837, with other first settlers of Harvey. She was one of the founders of the Lake George Church of Seventh-Day Adventists, organized in 1912.
