59. Leonard Arnold Embleton . Son of George Embleton & Jane Wilson. Born 13 Jun 1880 in Tweedside. Died 11 Dec 1962 in VPH, Fredericton. Buried in Magundy Cemetery. Religion Seventh Day Adventist.

    Died 11 Dec 1962, age 82 yr 5 mo 28 days, at Victoria Public Hospital.

    From newspaper obituary - 1962:

    Harvey -- The death occurred at Victoria Public Hospital yesterday of Leonard Embleton of Harvey Station, at the age of 82.

    Mr Embleton is survived by two sons, Edison and Lloyd, both of Harvey; one daughter, Miss Elsie Embleton of Toronto; and one grandchild.

    The body is resting at his home, Harvey Station, until 1 pm Thursday when it will be taken to the Seventh Day Adventist Church were funeral service will be conducted at 2 pm.   Interment in Magundy Cemetery.

    He married Sarah Hudasa "Sadie" Hannah, daughter of James Hannah & Ida McDade, May 1918. Born 15 Sep 1888 in Saint John. Died 10 Oct 1960 in Harvey Community Hospital. Buried in Magundy Cemetery.

    Died 10 Oct 1960, age 72 yr 25 days.

60. Martha Wilson . Daughter of James Jonathan Wilson & Mary Christine Embleton. Born 21 Jul 1863 in Harvey Sta. Died 26 Dec 1939 in Harvey Sta. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery.

    Martha was John Little's second wife.   (He was first married to Margaret Coburn and they had four children.)   Martha and John had five children.   For further information on this family, see page 129 of "The Little Family of Harvey Settlement".

    She married John D. "Jack" Little, son of David Little & Margaret Ann Herbert, 25 Nov 1885 in St Paul's Church, Fredericton By Rev. A. J. Mowatt . Born 13 Apr 1847 in Harvey. Christen 27 Apr 1847 in Harvey By Rev. Daniel McCurdy. Died 23 Sep 1905 in Harvey. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Occupation Farmer.

    Witnesses to marriage were Herbert Little and Emma Little.

    John did not have a middle name but took the initial "D" as a middle name to distinguish him from other John Little in Harvey at that time.   He inherited from his father Lot 5 in the village of Harvey.   (Original land granted to William Embleton, and later sold to David Little.)

    John was married first to Margaret Coburn and had four children.   After her death he married Martha Wilson, and had five children in second marriage.

    They had the following children:

61. Jane "Janie" Wilson . Daughter of James Jonathan Wilson & Mary Christine Embleton. Born 29 Apr 1865 in Harvey Sta. Died 2 Apr 1941 in Tracy, N.B. Buried in Tracy Cemetery. Religion United Baptist Church.

     Her name is spelled "Jennie" in marriage records, and witnesses to marriage were Fraser Thomas, Blanche Seeley and Jennie S. McLeod.

    Janie and Leamon Phillips lived in Tracy, N. B., and had eleven children.   For further information on this family see page 195 of "The Wilsons of Harvey 1798 - 1983".

    Mrs Janie Phillips

    Fredericton Junction, NB, April 3 -- The funeral of Mrs Janie Phillips, widow of Leaman M. Phillips, was held from her home in Tracy this afternoon.   Rev. B. G. Linton conducted the services at the home and grave.   Interment was in the Tracy Cemetery.

    Mrs Phillips was a daughter of the late Mr and Mrs James Wilson, Manners Sutton, and was in her 76th year.   She was a member of the United Baptist Church, Tracy, and for many years had been active in community work.

    She is survived by three daughters, Mrs Harry McLaughlin, Saint John; Mrs Lillian Nice, Tracy, and Mrs Payson Segee, at home; two sons, Pembroke, at home and Leaman J., Tracy; two sisters, Mrs Lottie Wood, Manners Sutton, and Mrs Emma Workman, Wilmar, Sask., and three brothers, James Wilson, Jr., Portland, Me.; Lewis Wilson, McAdam, and Guy Wilson, Manners Sutton.

    Pallbearers were Frank Bunker, Cecil Lord, Frank Mills and Willard Webb.

    She married Leaman M. Phillips, 19 May 1885 in York Co., NB By Rev. Joseph McLeod, Free Baptist . Born 7 Jan 1864 in Tracy. Died 11 Aug 1933 in Tracy. Buried in Tracy Cemetery. Occupation Section Foreman, CPR.

    They had the following children:
