9. Barbara Dorcas . Daughter of Aaron Dorcas & Elizabeth Blizzard. Born Approx 1882 in Wilmot.

    She married William Smith, son of Alexander James Smith & Mary Bell, 21 Dec 1900 in Harvey Presbyterian Church Records. Born 24 Jun 1867 in Wilmot. Died 5 Apr 1922 in Harvey (Wilmot).

    William Smith

    Harvey, April 10 -- Our community has been saddened by the death of William Smith, eldest son of the late Alexander Smith, at his residence here.   Although he had been in failing health for some time, the news of his death came as a shock to his friends.

    He was of middle age, a highly respected resident, of a kind and genial disposition and of sterling character.   He is survived by his three daughters, his mother, three brothers and five sisters.   The daughters are Mrs Scott McPherson of Nashwaak, Mrs Kenneth Murphy of Chipman, and Audrey, at home.

    They had the following children:

  37   iii.   (Name Unknown) Smith

 

 

10. Amos Bamford Dorcas . Son of Aaron Dorcas & Elizabeth Blizzard. Born 21 May 1886 in Harvey. Died 1 Aug 1961 in Lancaster. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery.

    Died 1 Aug 1961, age 75 yr 2 mo 30 days, died at Lancaster Provincial Hospital, 13 1/2 years.

    He married Mary Elizabeth "Jane" Cleghorn, daughter of William "Bill" Cleghorn & Barbara Elizabeth "Betty" Piercy, 3 Oct 1912 in Charlotte Co., NB. Born 25 Mar 1894 in Tweedside. Died 14 Jan 1969 in Oak Haven Nursing Home, St. Stephen. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery.

    They had the following children:
