36. Thomas Russell Rutherford. Son of John Rutherford & Elizabeth "Bessie" Wightman. Born 1 Nov 1862. Died 4 May 1892. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery.

    Lived in Fairville, N.B.   Had two children:   Russell and Maude.

    Gravestone in Harvey Settlement Cemetery:   In memory of Thomas R. Rutherford, died May 4, 1892 age 29 years.   He giveth his beloved sleep.

    He married Charlotte Louise "Lottie" Watters.

    After the death of her first husband, Thomas Russell Rutherford, Lottie married Frank Lingley, 6 Jul 1897, Saint John Co., NB.

    Thomas and Lottie   had the following children:

  102   i.   Russell Rutherford

  103   ii.   Maude Rutherford
