53. Thomas Herbert Little. Son of David Little & Margaret Ann Herbert (link to Herbert family pages). Born 23 Feb 1853 in Harvey. Died 26 Apr 1927 in Harvey. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Occupation Farmer. Religion Presbyterian.

    Thomas inherited from his father a farm described as "the lot of land known as the rear lot" (in David's will), in Little Settlement.  His son David farmed the same land until his death.

    He married Margaret "Isabel" Embleton (link to Embleton family pages), daughter of Robert Embleton (link to Embleton family pages) & Elizabeth "Betsy" Wilson (link to Wilson family pages), 1 Jan 1874 in Harvey, York Co., NB By Rev. Samuel Johnson. Born 23 Mar 1854 in Harvey. Died 23 Jul 1924 in Harvey. Buried in Harvey Settlement Cemetery. Religion Presbyterian.

    Witnesses to marriage were William Embleton and Mary E. Little.

    They lived on a farm in Little Settlement in Harvey, and had six children.  For further information on this family see the books, "The Wilsons of Harvey", or "The Little Family of Harvey Settlement".

 

    They had the following children:
